Does anyone have an opinion reguarding XSSight systems? I just don't see them being very easy to line up for a shot quickly, but I've never used them. Any info would be appreciated.

I've used them and I love them.
Just can't afford to put them on all my guns... or I would.

They're actually very easy to line up quickly, but they're not as precise as regular old "notch and post" sights. For a fast "combat sight picture" they're hard to beat.

I have them on my defensive guns. I really like them for a number of reasons.
There is a fix to the "accuracy" issue. It involves mating a modified Novak rear with the XS dot.
Apparently, there will be an article in SWAT on this set-up soon.

I have the XSpress Big Dot Tritiums on both my Springfield XD40 Tactical and my Kimber Ultra Carry .45. As George Hill stated, if I could afford it they would be an all of my pistols. I have found that as I have gotten older it has become harder for me to use a post and notch sighting system. This was born out by how when I first got my XD40 Tactical I couldn't shoot better then 3 inch 10 shot groups at 10 yards with the notch and post factory sights. I switched to the Big Dot night sights from Xpress Sights and my first group out of the gun was a 1 hole 9 out of 10 shot cluster at 10 yards. And the flyer only had a hair’s width of paper between it and the rest of the group. I really like the dot on top of the rear post in the v set up these sights have as I feel it gives me quicker acquisition of the sight picture and doesn’t allow for much margin of error. I have also found that I can reliably hit my target in the kill zone by just using the big dot as line-of-sight sight. Not as pretty as using the dot and rear v together but I have the confidence that I could still easily defend myself.

I have the XS big dot on my Colt C.C.O. (Concealed Carry Officer's) model and they are very fast and accurate.
