Hi guys,

I have an old Navy Arms Walker that has some sort of homemade looking wedge that has been in it ever since I bought the gun at an auction. It is just a piece of flat stock with no spring or anything. I was wanting to buy a replacement wedge for the pistol before I started shooting it. Could one you guys give me the width measurement of the wedge if your walkers? I wanted to make sure that the wedge I have is roughly the same dimension across and no one had tinkered with the slot in the frame. the wedges are about 20 buck so I wanted to make sure a replacement would fit.

thanks
-Brad

If it's an older edition, can you determine who the maker was? Likely Uberti, but not necessarily. I can measure my Uberti.

Length:1.360
Thickness: 1.60
Width at wide end: .627
width narrow end: .467
Length, narrow end to stop step: 1.187
Thickness at stop step: .236

the only thing it has stamped on the barrel is Navy Arms and the state like New Haven Conn or something like that best I can remember. I bought the thing in about 97 and it was old as hell then. Ill see if I can get some pics and let you experts see if you can tell what she is.

Thanks for the info! I'll measure mine tonight and see if Im close.

Look on the barrel under the rammer. I've seen older Walkers that were made by Armi San Marco (ASM).
