Good Spotting scope?

Looking to pick up a nice spotting scope to help me out at the range. Wondering if anyone has any recomendations. I prolly won't be shooting over 300 yards.

If you want a chance to see holes at 300, you may want to look at a Kowa 821. They are not cheap. A cheaper scope just won't see holes at 300.
