Combination Magazine and Flashlight Pouch

Does anyone know who makes these or where I could order one?

It would need to be able to hold a spare USPc40 magazine and a Surefire Executive Elite flashlight.

Right now I'm just carrying everything in my coat pockets, but it doesn't feel secure and I'm afraid of things falling out.

Any help in tracking something down would be greatly appreciated.

For stuff like this I normally recommend Blade-Tech but have had problems with their doublemagpouches--everything else they do is excellent. Not sure if the problems (uneven tension between 2 pouches) would carry over to the combo pouch though. www.blade-tech.com
