I'd like to get some input on the CZ 550 varmint in 308. I am looking into getting the walnut stock.

I have been happy with mine. The fit of the wood to the metal is very good. The checkering has no flaws in it. The wrist of the stock is just the right size for my hands. The action took awhile to smooth out, but it is quite reliable now. The detachable 10 round magazines are inconsistent, the first two I received would not feed reliably, but the last one does just fine.

I have the laminated version. I like it. Shoots well and handles well. Other then the weight, I can't think of anything I don't like about it.
