Funny, when the nation increased its security level to High (Orange), they deployed more ARMED police and security officers.

For example, the US now requires foreign airlines to place ARMED security on their international flights.

Also, ARMED officers are being placed on the roofs of Las Vegas hotels and casinos.

Not to mention the thousands and thousands of extra ARMED officers on-duty across the USA.

Yet, many states do not offer the average law-abiding adult citizen a CCW permit so he/she can be responsibly armed.

 :what:

I hope in 2004 ALL states will give the opportunity to all law-abiding adult citizens to responsibly (i.e. have the proper training, etc.) carry a CCW if they so choose to help defend themselves and their families!

(i.e. have the proper training, etc.)

Where does it say that in the Second Amendment?

It doesn't but I wish some people did have to take training. They hand them out here in GA to anybody that passes the background check, myself included. I would like to go to some training classes myself.

Heck, no worries here!
Got at least 3 pistols on me, 2 folders, a go-to scatter gun and a go-to rifle at the ready. Hope your "CCW wishes" come true.

Happy New Year from the free state of Tennessee :p
