Stollenwerk conveniently forgot to tell us that H. R. has 65 co-signers. This is about the same number that co-signs the magazine man proposal every year. The same suspects co-sign it every time. Stollenwerk also forgot to say that H. R. 308 is not going anywhere unless it gets 218 signatures on a discharge petition.
