Bought a sample pack of these, but am having the darndest time trying to find a good starting load for these. I am looking to load using Hodgdon's HP-38 which I'll be using to work up other .45ACP bullets and is currently the only powder I have.
I've checked Hodgon Reloading Data Center (http://data.hodgdon.com/main_menu.asp) & Lyman's 49th.
Suggestions on bullets similar to these to find a starting point?

Here's a thread with OAL information. For powder charge, I would use 230 grain data. Start low and work up, naturally.

That is kinda what I figured, but I could NOT find any threads stating that. I guess my google fu was messed up last night because I completely missed the thread you linked :(
Definitely working my way up to a good load and starting low. I've got patience and have no desire to lose fingers or an eye :D
