Are the ak-47s I see all the same inside? For example the $350-$400 ak-47s I see from romainia and hungaria able to take any ak-47 parts? I know they take hi-cap mags so I am assuming they use all the other parts is this correct? Thanks

Well, all these "AK-47's" you see on the market aren't really AK-47's. A 'real' AK-47 will have a milled receiver and full-auto parts. The guns imported were semi-automatic versions of the AKM for the most part. The AKM is a modernized AK-47 with stamped receiver.

Some do....some don't. There are different types of AK receivers out there: milled, stamped, single hook trigger, double hook trigger, converted saiga receivers, some even take only low capacity single stack mags. Do a search for any specifics over on AK-47.net , there is a great wealth of AK info there.
