Had a great time today shooting.

Took my Mosin 91/30 and my American Western Arms Colt 45.
First time I shot this Mosin. It shot great at 100 yards. Kept em all( 20 rounds) on a pie plate. Was sure hard to open the bolt after shooting each round. Is this normal with surplus ammo?
Shot the 45colt at 25, 50 and 100 feet. Put a box of 50 through her. Sure is a pleasure to shoot.
Did anybody else shoot today?:)

The Bolt should NOT be hard to lift.... sounds like a headspace problem. You might want to post something about that in the reloader forum, or more importantly have a COMPETENT Gunsmith check the headspace.
Post some pictures of your fired brass in the rifle reloading forum and see if anyone spots other problems, or headspace, ... brass can talk... Picks of base (primer and extractor marks), sides, and necks n shoulder.

I've shot dozens of different mosins and all the bolts were difficult to work after shooting it.

I've shot a 4 different Mosins. 2 were hard, 2 were easy to work after shooting. It may indicate a problem with headspace or something similar... however, I doubt it's a fatal flaw as the Mosins I've shot, that were hard to work, have thousands of rounds through them.
Didn't get a chance to shoot today. I shot monday though... amazing weather... just pistols though. Had to keep up on the CCW skills. Couple hundred rounds of .40 S&W...
Maybe tomorrow I can spare some time to pop some caps...

Many times a sticky Mosin bolt is caused by cosmoline built up in the chamber, especially if it's after the first few rounds (when the cosmoline heats up from shooting). Check youtube for videos on how to remedy this.

You went shooting? Well of course you had a great time! Does 2 + 2 not equal 4?
(Except for extremely large values of two.:D)
Personally I'd check for cosmoline hiding out in oddball corners of the MN, and don't worry beyond that.

I think I'll try polishing the chamber.
