I like to ask any law enforcement officers here from sherffic Dept or State Police N.C.
I read it does reciprocate with n.c. non-resident Pa. licensee :I also have a NYC permit retired P.D. which I know it not reciprocate in n.c.
I just like to ask don't need no head aches if you know what I mean.
I think also the Pa. permit is good in Va.

If you are retired NYPD, then you should probably qualify under LEOSA which would allow you to carry in all 50 States.
