Looks like the grips are a bit small for your hands. Trying wrapping the grips in something, to widen them, and try it.

Those buffalobore loads are where I found custom fitting grips critical. 325's at 1350 fps, IIRC.

I love it, a guy knows nothing about his new gun, can't even pronounce the name of it but is going to explain it to us. He didn't even know that the bisley design is specifically for target competition and thought it was instead designed for high pressure loads. Any one can get get their 15 minutes of fame on you tube.

Actually the poster is correct, the .45Colt Hunter models were indeed marked "Super Blackhawk". Same for the .41 Hunters, if I remember right. They are the only guns marked "Super Blackhawk" that were anything other than .44Mag. Everything he posted is correct. I also have to disagree with what 1911Tuner posted. The large frame Ruger .45Colt is as safe running at 32,000CUP as the .44Mag is at 40,000CUP.

No it's not, it's still a six-shot and marked .44Magnum.

I was talking about the link to the ruger 45 colt bisley in the same link in which the guy didn't know what a bisley was. Go back and look and you will see it.

It was in the second frame down on the right.

Perception of people's stupidity is related you your age and experience. Problem is
many forget they used to be that inexperienced, or 'stupid'.

I don't know why, but, SA or big bore revolvers seem to bring out the egomaniacs who have to prove their expert stupidity at the cost of others.

Somehow that rates about the same for me as that stuff I have between my toes that smells, after a long work out.

Uh Oh wrong picture from photobucket that IS a Larry Kelly Magna port custom Bisley .44 :o , trouble IS I can;t find the older picture of the Linebaugh .454 which other than not haveing flutes and a different sights is almost identical. Time to drag it out of the safe and take another photo.
