GLOOB February 20, 2011, 04:15 AM Why wouldn't it be normal? Check your primers on spent shells. If they're not backing out, then I would think it's normal. I'm guessing the recess is there to reduce the brass shaving that can result from a sharp-edged FP hole. Morgo February 20, 2011, 04:20 AM I believe it is normal, I've never had an issue with my Berettas, the question came up here recently and I could not be 100% so I was after confirmation.
