I've tried a few times to disable email notification for threads that I post in, but for some reason, I keep getting notifications. If any of the mods could help me with this it'd be great, since deleting 30 messages a day gets kinda tiresome. Also, is there any way to automatically subscribe to threads that I post in?

You've got me on the email notification problem. I checked your options and you have email notification turned off. Sounds like a bug peculiar to your profile only. Very odd. Maybe one of our tech gurus can figure that out. I assume you're not checking the 'email notification' box on the post reply page. As an added thought - tell us if that box is checked or not when you enter the post reply page.

I believe the only way to automatically subscribe to a thread is to automatically remember to push the subscribe button when you are viewing a thread in which you have participated. ;) IOW, there's no way to do it automatically.

Odds are you're still subscribed to some threads; go to userCP and make sure you've unsubscribed from everything, and that 'e-mail notification by default' has been turned off.

thanks guys. When I reply to a thread, the "email notification" box next to "options" is not checked:confused: . I also just checked my CP and the "use email notification by default" button is checked "no."
and mal, I'll try that tip on remembering to click on the "subsribe" button:) ;)
