Anyone wih Hi-Power .40/.357?

I have been thinking lately of a single action auto for IDPA use. I had my heart set on a .45 but have recently been considering a .40 Hi-Power. Since my issue weapon is a .357 Sig I have a great supply of .357 ammo. So my question,anyone here have a .40 Hi-Power with a .357 barrel?
I'd like to know your impressions of it compared to the 9mm guns and are the parts interchangeable?
