Which Milt Sparks model? Versa Max II?
You know the High Noon "Snapper" is an OWB holster, right? It is similar to the Alessi CQC-S.

and 5 Shot Leather "SAP"

and the Milt Sparks "Axiom"

The Galco N3 is similar to the Andrews MacDaniel II

and the Mitch Rosen ARG (though I don't think the ARG is available with the sweat shield)

Tucker's "Answer" is the original "hybrid" IWB as copied by many, most notably the Crossbreed SuperTuck. Tucker has several review links listed on his site.

A typical recommendation for revolvers is Simply Rugged.
The "Silver Dollar" pancake is available with 3 belt slots allowing you to wear it strong side or crossdraw. You can also get the inside out straps that will allow it to be worn IWB.

I purchased several items from c5 (Big Jim in Kansas City, KS) and the workmanship and fit is perfect, in my opinion. There was a small problem with the way magazine holders fit me and Big Jim re-did them so they would work for me at no additional charge.

Take a look at FIST offerings. #20 may fit your bill.http://www.fist-inc.com
I have a Milt Sparks Summer Special and it was "the" thing in the old days. Newer designs place the snap straps fore and aft which is more stable and less bulky than over the center of the gun. That, and a reinforced mouth are the features to look for no matter the brand.
Custom holsters cost more than mass produced ones and you must wait but it is worth it in the long run.
