Hey, I've got my grandfather's H&R 930, a smallish 9shot .22lr. About two years ago I went through the whole plastic part hubbub and replaced it with the metal part, eliminating my misfiring problem. The gun is now flawless and I want to carry it for a snake gun/ratshot/light weight gun for pond fishing and general outdoor activity on private property.

I need a good leather holster to make it a real sidearm though. Any recommendations? I HAVE TRIED TO FIND ONE ONLINE made specifically for the 929/930 (which ive read are exactly the same- the 929 is blued and the 930 is nickel) but i have found nothing made for it specifically. Im sure it must be equivalent to some glorious S&W 9shot .22!

I have an Uncle Mikes holster that holds it... but I just realized that it is the EXACT same holster that I bought for my Ruger Redhawk .44 Mag LOL. (minus 3 inches of barrel room).

NYLON HOLSTERS BLOW after buying 4 different leather holsters for my SigP238 and loving them all, I am ready to replace the 3 nylon holsters I purchased before.

I will provide measurements for the H&R 930 if needed.

Thanks guys.

If memory serves me correctly, those are pretty close in size to a Colt Police Positive . Good chance that it's close enough to share holsters.

Find a holster maker near you, or a real shoe repair shop. They should be able to hook you up, get you something that will be unique and work out very well for carrying that old girl.
