Used MOSSY 590 lookin back at me. Like new, 20 in., heavy barrel, parked, Ghost Ring sights, and even M16 (forgot type) bayonet. $325, couldn't pass it up. Just the thing for home defense (If your home is a trench) But I'm a sucker for this stuff

Yep, there's nothing more intimidating than a polished shotgun muzzle with a fixed bayonet. Polished muzzles look a whole lot bigger than they are. They bayonet scares everybody. Even the short ones.

Only thing I bought at the last local gun show was (finally!) an M9 bayonet for my 590A1. I've had the gun for 4 years and it was just gnawing at me that it wasn't "complete". :evil: :rolleyes:

One of the things i'm looking at picking up sometime is one of the new M10 bayonets, as they're actually useful as a utility/camp/fighting knife.

Iam still undecided as to whether or not to put a bayonet lug on my 500.
