I'm currently looking for a 12 ga. side by side coach gun...20 in. bbl with and overall 36 in. length. It must have exposed hammers and no extractors. I'd like to buy new, but older guns would be just fine.

Can anyone give me some info on different makers, sellers, web pages, contacts, etc. to help me make a decent choice. Thanks for taking the time.

Go to Guns America and look for a Rossi "Overland" or a Interarms SxS. Should be anywhere from $300-700 depending on the seller.

Also look under Norinco, they make a copy of the Rossi. There's a very small section where it goes from M/N rifles, shotguns and other.

Any particular reason you need exposed hammers? Other than that, the Stoeger Coach Gun (http://www.stoegerindustries.com/firearms/coach.tpl) sounds right up your alley.
