Ok so I found a guy online that was selling a rifle that I was interested in. I contacted him, we made a deal and I sent him the funds via a money order from my bank.

The guy hasn't shipped the rifle and I don't believe he is going to. He is not answering or returning my phone calls. What can I do legally to get this taken care of?

I would let him know by mail and phone that this is his last chance.
then I would be to talking to the Post office (Posr master general?)
It may be mail fraud.
then I would contact the state he lives in and talk to the local Police...maybe state police.
maybe even an attorney in your hometown.
