I can see it now...
OFFICER: "Sir, may I see your license and registration, please?"
MOTORIST: "Yes, sir - here they are."
OFFICER: "Any weapons in the vehicle?"
MOTORIST: "Funny you should ask, Officer..." (pushes button).
OFFICER: "BACKUP! I need BACKUP - right NOW!!!"

I wish it raised up out of the suburban interior for travelling in stealth mode. ;)

it does retract. Inside it looks like a perfectly normal SUV, except for the roof.

Looks pretty.. :D
OTOH, I don't have a problem with idiot drivers tailgating my truck, 99% of the time, they keep a safe distance or move to the other lane. They don't want to mess with my heavy duty tow hitch with some custom stuff hanging on it, kind of like the thing that will go thru their vehicles, scary stuff. :neener:

I'd be happy with a harpoon gun like device that launches a steel spike through a tailgater's radiator.

I want a smaller version that mounts on my car to use on the idiot SUV drivers that try to drive up my tail pipe. An all too commom occurance.

Actually, I was thinking about getting some foglights to put on my back bumper, ones that fold under. Aim them at about 3.5ft high @ 30 ft away.
Tailgate me, will ya?:cuss: :cuss: EAT PHOTONS!!!
Or, you repeat after me: "Lets see if you bastards can do ninety!" Just hope that lightening bolts dont shoot off your car and you find yourself in Old Man Peabody's barn.:D

Hmmm
Since I have a regular full-size Chevy pick-up, I'll take the bed-mount option, rather than the standard roof-top mount. And with a Ma Deuce.

My understanding is that the suburban gun does pop up on a lift. I've heard that one of these is in the Presidential motorcade whenever he travels.

OFFICER: "Any weapons in the vehicle?"
MOTORIST: "Nope! Nothing 'in' the vehicle, Sir!"

I wonder if they make an old school standup mount for Jeeps?
For pickups a remote tailgate latch and a couple bowling balls would do it for me.:D

For tailgaters ...
I have always wanted one of those devices that injects oil into the exhaust pipe, like they have on airplanes that fly in airshows. Creates a big stream of smoke coming out of your tailpipe.
"Officer, you're never going to believe this, but ...... oh, never mind."
:D

[safety sally/] I guess you have to lose your Air Bag to mount the controls{safety sally/]
Oh, Ok, sign me up!:D
You notice there is not a lot of room for the operator to move around there?
DO you think there is a driver operated option? Should would help on bad traffic days.:D

Heh. A new variant on road rage. It reminds me of an old running joke with a friend of mine. We're driving along and see idiocy and I'll affect a really bad rural TN accent "Hey Clem, why's yer step bars got box magazines?" "Well hang on and I'll show ya!"

I was gonna trade in my old '94 Chevy P/U this year anyway, so maybe this is the upgrade I need for those commutes into Cleveland

Until I watched the video, I thought this was going to be just another SUV thread that needed to be locked down.
Instead, I see something that should be installed in our Humvees. I wouldn't mind having one myself.
