Anyone know if Winchester's PDX-1 handgun bullets are available as handloading components? Did not see them listed on the website, just the Silvertip and JHP-Notched for hollowpoint bullets.

I too might be interested to find out if they are available commercially. I like their .380 ammo and I think I have one for 9mm that worked well too.

Winchester has never sold any of their top of the line reverse taper jacketed bullets like the Talons or the partitions that are loaded in their LEO Ranger or Civilian SXT and specialty ammo. I doubt that they will change this tradition with the PSX1 bonded bullets. FWIW they never sold Silver tips when they where their top line product either until they where replaced by the SXT ammo as their premium brand.
