Ruger 22/45 before and after ....

This started off as a standard 22/45 stainless with a 5 ĹĒ bull barrel. Nice little gun. Very accurate. OK trigger.

What I didnít like was the way the grip felt, I didnít like the sights and I really didnít like the way the damn thing pinched me when I was working the bolt. The trigger needed some work, too.

So, I installed a Volquartsen trigger, hammer, sear, rear sight and comp with a FO front sight.
The grip panels and mag base pads are from Dominic Notaro. The titanium bolt racker is from Power Custom.

All the mods radically changed the way the gun feels in the hand. Itís much easier to shoot, especially when youíre trying to shoot fast.
