I thought I would share some photos of my new custom Redhawk .44 mag.

My brother bought this some time ago. I know it was customized before he bought it, He doesn't know who the gunsmith was that did the work. But my brother gifted it to me today. The barrel has been shortened to four inches, and slab sided. Red insert front sight, and a trigger job done on it.
I know it's a long shot, but if anyone recognizes the work, feel free to let me know !!!
But either way, here is some Ruger gun porn !!

I would speculate that the quality of the work is very good, simply judging by the quality of the lettering. Hacks don't use nice script lettering, or usually ever even bother with lettering at all. No way of knowing who did the work without a marking of some sort. Most of your big name `smith's will mark their guns unless the customer requests otherwise. It's a good lookin' sixgun.
