I have a friend that wants to get a Gun Trust and would like to make his wife a co-trustee but she is a Canadian. She's a legal immagrint but just has been through the entire process yet.

Can she be on the trust?

Non-US Citizens can buy NFA items, so I can't see why not.

LOL Canadian here too - I'm a LPR and I'm cleared with the USDOJ/BATFE to make/play with explosives (Employee Possessor).. don't see why not on an NFA item !
