Just purchased a Classic Turret and plan on loading .357. What are some good powders that run through the Lee Pro the best? I here Unique is not a good fit for the design.

It does OK with Unique, but all powder measures have a bit of trouble with that. Mine will still throw Unique as consistently as I need it to. Nearly always within +/- 0.1 gr but occasionaly it will throw one that is 0.2 gr off. For a similar powder that burns at the same rate as Unique but is cleaner and much better metering, try Universal Clays by Hodgdon. I also use some W-231 in .357 and it meters well. Getting into the magnum powders like H110/296 or AA#9 or Enforcer, they all meter extremely well. Some folks say they get some powder leakage with those fine grained powders but it has not been an issue on mine.

I have used mine with ball like H335, flake as in Bullseye & Red Dot, & sticks Varget or IMR4064. All have metered well until I started trying to meter 2.0gr & less of Bullseye & Red Dot.

I've used mine with Titegroup, Trail Boss and Universal. I found the adjustable bar to be very frustrating, and very inconsistent with any powder I used, however the disks are much better.
Depending on the powder type, the amount of powder they will dispense will be different than advertised (usually light), but the discs are very consistent. Once you find the actual hole you need, you can pretty much bet that the amount dispensed will not vary from drop to drop by more than 0.1gn.
The powder I found that seems to meter closest to what it's advertised is Hodgdon Universal. It seems to be either at, or 0.1gn below the advertised number. Trail Boss is light by .4gn, and Titegroup is .3 to .4gn light as well.

I have good luck with Power Pistol, Bullseye, 2400, and AA#2 in pistol. Mine will not play nicely with 700x, but then again most wont.
