I have a new P9R that I took to the range yesterday for the 2nd time since it was purchased. Had shot approx 50-100 rounds previously. This time I used LVE 9 mm Luger Sport, 115 gr Bimetal FMJ ammo. The first few shots were fine but sounded very load. On about the 3rd round the noise was much loader and the gun jammed with the casing jammed in the barrel failing to eject. This caused the slide to only move a half inch backward when trying I tried to eject. It took considerable effort once I got home to get the gun apart to clear the jam. I checked the fit of the LVE ammo in the barrel versus other ammo I have and it fit much tighter. I therefore have to make the assessment that using LVE copper coated steel casing ammo in this weapon will not work. Anyone else have this sort of problem? Otherwise I find this gun very easy to use and accurate.
