OP, I get mine from RMR.com when they have what I need in stock. http://www.shop.rmrbullets.com/main.sc Unfortunately, they don't right now. The seller is a member here as well.

I bought mine from RMR some months back. I am pretty sure that all of the suppliers will be raising their prices as the price of lead & copper go through the roof, but Jake's prices have always been very reasonable (as have MBC & Penn Bullets among others, to be fair). His handle here is longdayjake and is a family man going to school. We ought to support him with our business on that basis alone, never mind his excellent service and prices... :D

I have tried the MBC and there bullets looked great but I got frustrated trying to get a load that would shoot accurate enough to suit me. I am sure this is my error just not alot of experience with loading lead.

.45 Auto and cast bullets go together well. It's easy to mimic hardball rounds for a lot less money.

I don't use my handloads for anything but plinking and non-competitive practice shooting, so I don't need to pay extra for plated or jacketed bullets. The best cast lead bullets I have ever used in my 51 years of reloading, and hands down the nicest, most truthfull, most honest people who I have ever dealt with via the internet are at Dardas Cast Bullets in Essexville, MI. I buy all the cast lead bullets I use for loading .45acp, .38 spcl, .380, and .32 Long from Dardas, and I couldn't be any more satisfied with any other lead bullets or with any online seller than I am with Dardas and their products.
And no, I'm not related to the owners nor do I have any financial interest in their operation. I just respect and like to buy from honest, truthful people who make an excellent product, sell it at a fair price, and stand behind what they sell. That's how most business used to be conducted in America, and in my opinion it's still the only way it should be done, whether face to face or over the internet.

I haven't purchased from them yet, but I have some friends who swear by Montana Gold Bullets (http://www.montanagoldbullet.com/index.html)
It's very hard to beat their prices if you buy in bulk.

+1 for Missouri Bullet Company. Fast fast fast shipping and a high quality product. The owner is a member here on the forums and always available to answer questions about his products. You can do a search and should find quite a few satisfied customers.

Check out Xtreme bullets. Their plated bullets have a crimping groove, and seem very reasonable.

I buy cast bullets from mastercastbullets.com (http://mastercastbullets.com) But in .45 caliber, mostly I cast my own.

In my XD-40 the Missouri Bullets 170gr SWC is the most accurate bullet I've used.

Rocky Mountain Reloading
I just got my order from Jake yesterday. He was out of what I needed, so I emailed him, he ordered some and let me know when they came in. I've used a couple thousand of his bullets, and I've been very happy with them.

I've had good luck with both precision delta and missouri bullets in my 45s. I'll probably only be buying 9mm though from now on thru precision delta, the missouri bullet 230 grain softballs have been really accurate out of my 1911.

+1 Missouri Bullet Company. I call, ask if it is a good day to bring them money (It always is), go get super-quality projectiles, load, shoot, repeat.
Simple!

I know you are looking for Jacketed or Plated but if anyone here in interested in Lead or Cast. I found Velocity Bullet Company to be about the best price in bulk. I just purchased 2000 38/357cal 158gn SWC for about 122$ and change. That is with shipping. I also found a coupon code on the web what saved me over 8$. Haven't shot any yet but from looking at the quality they appear to be similar to laser-cast.

I'm currently reloading for my .45LC and .38spl, and been using lead cast bullets from Bear Creek Supplies Bullets.
These black bullets are moly coated and work great for me. The problem is that they no longer sell on the internet, the only way to get them, it seems, is if your local gun shop deals with them directly.
Worth checking out if you're looking for inexpensive bullets.
