Try this link to Numrich Arms. You will need the model number for the shotgun in order to find the parts. it's frequently three digits followed by a dash and then followed by a five or six digit number.

If you do acquire a complete breech, your barrels will most probably not fit the breech. They will require jointing if you wish to use them (most probably). That is an expensive proposition and, along with the cost of the parts, may well be more than the gun is or will be worth.
