What ammo for 32 guardian

Hello, I just brought home a 32 acp guardian the other day and now I'm wondering what to feed it. I had a box of PMC hardball lying around and that's what I put through it first, the stuff worked very well. Unfortunately there isn't a ready source of PMC in my area so I bought a couple boxes of Sellier & Bellot which worked absolutely awful. I had several stovepipes and on several occasions the rounds would not go off even though they showed signs of getting hit hard enough by the firing pin. Worse, the magazine was dropping under recoil on more than a few occasions. So my first range expedition with the guardian was mixed. With PMC it worked fine, with S&B it worked bad, does anyone have any experiences to share on the performance with different brands and there guardian. My next ammo purchase will be a box of Winchester Silvertips. I had hoped the S&B would function perfectly since I know it is a hotter load than most other hardball available, and it would have been one of my considerations for a carry load.

For my wife's Tomcat, I have been toying with the idea of ordering some RBCD ammo, but at $30+ a box direct from the factory, I am going to wait and see if I can find it locally.

I've had bad luck with Aguila. FYI
The rounds are 1mm shorter than the PMC so I have had them get stuck in the mag pointing down instead of up towards the feed ramp.
PMC was running 18 bucks a box at my local gun shop (ouch)
I ended up polishing everything
in the gun to a high gloss and dealing with the S&B which work fine now.

Try goldenloki.com for info on .32acp.
For practice and defence I use Winchester White Box FMJ...accurate, low flash, reliable, and cheap. Federal American Eagle FMJ is the same except for the bright flash.
My humble opinion...
For calibers that can reliably expand AND give you 12" of gel penetration, JHP. For calibers that can only do one OR the other, FMJ.
"We want expansion, we NEED penetration."

I've had no problem with S&B in my .32 Guardian, I keep it loaded with Silvertips for sd. Remember the last round will stovepipe because of lack of ejector.

Check the prefix of your serial number. If it is an "A" series gun, it is an older edition of the pistol that sat in the shop for a while til you picked it out. Some of the earlier guns had magazine release problems. NAA will replace the latch for you or send you one to replace yourself if you contact them about the problem.
I've never had too many problems with mine and ammo. The flat point FN .32 stuff that was all over the gunshows for cheap a couple years ago was dirty and erratic, but the gun used it well enough.

I like the Fiocchi 60gr SJHP.
