I do for mine.
But I don't for your rifle.

You just need to pick something out of your reloading manual and work up an accurate load for your rifle.

A good starting point might be IMR-4064 or Varget powder, and Hornady V-Max or Nosler Ballistic-Tip bullets.

+1

What kind of .22-250 do you have and what is your barrel's twist rate? I have a Ruger Mark VII with a 1:14 twist and it doesn't like 55 gr bullets. It does however like 40 gr bullets with Varget powder.

There are reams of data available for the great 22-250 cartridge, and I personally use 33.3gr of IMR3031 with the 52gr Hornady A-Max, because Varget didn't work for me.

Here's a link to Hodgdon and Alliant powder site with data.

I second (third, forth?) getting a manual or reviewing Hodgdon's website, but a 52gr bullet and 38.0gr H380 is a pretty good place to start.

I too didn't get great results with Varget, but H380 (and W760) both provided pretty good accuracy.

I understand what you're hoping for but it really doesn't work that way. If you used my load you would only be loading for my rifle and that's not what you're going to shoot.
