Riflesmith in central Indiana

Anyone know of a riflesmith in central Indiana. I have a hankering for a semi-budget long range rifle. Basically looking for someone that can ream, thread, finish and fit a barrel. Nothing too in depth.

there's a guy 'bout 1/2 way between Kokomo and Indy. He does good work. Go to Galyans at 431 & 31. He does work for them.
