I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Lucky Gunner Blogger Shoot in Tennessee held over Memorial Day weekend.

The shoot was part of the larger "BulletFest 2011" machine gun shoot. This is kind of like a mini Knob Creek shoot, but is invite only.

They had some pretty cool stuff there. Everything from belt feds, to Civil War cannon to a pair of Stuard tanks firing live ammo. (Including a 37mm HE round)

I did a write up for my Michigan Firearms Examiner page with pics and a highlights video. (I got some good footage of the Civil War 12 lb howitzer firing, but didn't get any good shots of the tank firing. If you follow the links to other bloggers some of them got some good video of the tank shooting)

I survived the 2011 Lucky Gunner Blogger Shoot (http://www.examiner.com/firearms-in-detroit/i-survived-the-2011-lucky-gunner-blogger-shoot)
