is the hammer spring a main spring????

yes the Main spring is what forces the Hammer bar, and why would you want a 15 lb spring?

If your going to lighten up the trigger I would go to a 14 or 13 lb spring. The factory is 16 and dropping to 15 is not really going to do anything worth mentioning.
