It's a knock-off of some Anime gun, made of plastic and fires nails. If you can read Japanese or translate it with any proficiency, try http://www.poseidon.co.jp/3F/cer/cer1.html They're available as a kit, with a price of Y 24,800 (~ $233.00 US)

I'll stick with my air pistols... they're a tad more compact. :)
