IWB or High rise OWB would be acceptable...

Somebody on the forum has a nice OWB pancake from Lobo Gun Leather. Hopefully, they will chime in soon.

I've also seen some folks with a pancake from Simply Rugged. You can use them OWB, strongside or crossdraw, or IWB. They seem like a good option.

I use a Hoffner's for mine. It's both high-ride and IWB. ~$80 with a 3 week wait. Just be sure to have a (really) stiff belt.

Simply Rugger is a good choice. If you don't like their products and you're on a budget I would suggest looking at DeSantis (http://www.desantisholster.com/), Don Hume (http://www.donhume.com/) or Galco (http://www.usgalco.com/Default.asp). Don't get me wrong, there are MANY good holster makers out there but most of those are much more expansive.
