IA: An inspiring sight
Submitted by: Melissa Seaman

There is a huge rock near a gravel pit on Hwy. 25 in rural Iowa. For
generations, kids have painted slogans, names, and obscenities on this rock, changing its character many times.

A few months back, the rock received its latest paint job, and since then it has been left completely undisturbed. It's quite an impressive sight.

Pretty good work for a big-???-rock-as-canvas.

" We have already wavered, we have already tired, we have already faltered, and we must fail. Appeasement and denial will prevail".

- that section of the left that wants us to "get over" 9/11 and get back to what's "really important" - you know, social programs and all.

Seeing stuff like that rock only makes my determination not to let them have their way harden.
