Great price for an excellent shotshell press. All parts are available through MEC, amd they used to have an inexpensive rebuild price if still offered.

Bought one of these, used, a few years back for $100., set up for 20 gauge. Still have it, don"t load for shotgun anymore, but it is a great machine.

If it's not mounted at the seller's house, I would bring a 6 " - 8" C-clamp with you and see if the guy will let you mount it up and run a couple of rounds through it to make sure it is functioning properely. If all goes well I would buy it. Mec makes an excellent shotshell reloader, probably the the best for the money.

If it's in your gauge then buy it. Those typically sell for $200-$300 used.
That's probably a better, much more useful press than the MEC 9000. You'd have to qualify for the US national team to outgrow that press. :D
Congrats on a great find.

Well, I got it and it works fine. It's a 761R. Only problem with it was that one of the plastic bottles had seen some sun and was brittle and broke on the way home. He threw in a bag of 7 1/2 shot and a bag of 4 shot. 1500 wads and 500 AA hulls. I don't think I did too bad for $150.
