So been reloading now for a little bit and follow the Hodgdon reload center formulas for my min/max loads...obviously the thing with a 180gr bullet from 94-100 grain powder kicks hard...Im fine with that, but i have always been curious on remingtons formula is for their managed recoil loads. I ask because my girlfriend likes to shoot that gun with managed recoil since she doesnt lose her arm lol I know they use a 150gr bullet..but what about powder load? Ive bought some in the past, and is sounds like a very light amount inside...when you tip the round you hear the powder moving around. But obviously it would be cheaper to just make it...so anyone know? Thanks!

Be careful, not all .300's are the same. :) The link above does not include data for the RUM.

Actually this helps...prompted me to call the guys from Hodgdon up...Talk to them and they actually pointed me to IMR Trail Boss powder. He didnt have published load data for the 300 RUM but we talked/worked through it and got some formulas. Heres a nice resource about it he sent me as well to give some idea...
