Backpacking Holster for S&W 629 Classic 6.5" (44 Mag)

I recently picked up a 44 mag as my 'Alaska gun' for the next time my wife and I go up there. I am thinking either a shoulder or chest rig would likely be compatible with a backpack. Anybody with some experience care to comment?
I found a few places with holsters, but many look like "Uncle Mike" variety that I would not care to own. I am thinking of a budget of $100-125 for the holster. Any recommendations?

Check out Diamond D's Custom Leather. IIRC Hickok 45 carries his 45 and Glock20 in one. Scootch also has one for a 1911. I plan on getting one when funds allow.

I have a Simply Rugged holster and it is a fine holster.
I would also point you towards the Alaskan. It is a
chest holster that costs less. They are very popular here.

Thanks for the suggestion, MightyTygart. I ended up ordering the Alaska Hunter model from Diamond D's Custom Leather. I'll follow-up with a drop strap or other modification if needed and secure it to the backpack. I wasn't liking the options for chest carry and I think shoulder holstering would be too much interference.
