Derek refinished a FAL for me a couple of years ago with his metecol black. It came out very nice.

I had Arizona Response Systems do my sig 228 in Metacol III a few years ago - I think this is a different company. However, the guy there does FAL work and refinishing.

Yes; they are actually two different services. IIRC, one used to work with the other; they parted ways. Both are well regarded at www.falfiles.com
Each has his own following.
