Hello, I need help finding a load for using 95gr RNL bullets, as I usually use AA#2 or AA#5 but my supplier is out, but on order. I've got Bullseye, which I believe is useable, but only have data for JHP bullets, and I need data for lead. Any help please! Thanks in advance, LM.

I usually use Unique or International. (and I haven't loaded any .380 in a while) With 95 grain RNL bullets, 4.2 grains of Unique for a full-power load, and 3.0 grains of International for a lighter target load.

I haven't tried Bullseye, but about 3.5 grains should be right for a near-maximum load. Start low and sneak up on it. HTH

Hi. My old Lyman book gives 2.4 to 2.9 of Bullseye for a 92 grain cast with 2.9 being the accuracy load. Oddly enough, it's the same for a 95 grain jacketed. 3 grains won't matter anyway.

Sunray, I was thinking about 3.0 grains but was only guessing, now I think I'm going to go with your data for 92 gr lead bullets and start with 2.5 grains ( near the bottom ) for 92 grainers. LM

I have s Sig P238 and a Colt Mustang that I load MBC 95gr LRN for. It will cycle from 2.3gr up. My standard load for it is 2.8gr of Bullseye which is what the Lee Autodisk throws using the smallest hole that is on mine.
2.8gr of Bullseye at .975" ran 789 fps out of my P238.
3.0gr of BUllseye ran 829 fps.
Factory Winchester 95gr loads ran 845 fps.

Work up your own load to make sure safe and accurate in your gun. Fun shooting!

I use 2.8 grs of Bullseye under a MBC 95 gr bullet. This loads shoots like a .22 out of my Bodyguard and LCP.

I am using 3.0 grains of W231 with our lead RN 95 grain bullet at .964 OAL. Feeds well in every gun we've tried it in, is accurate and fairly snappy.

Went to the range yesterday and took a few newly reloaded round made with Bullseye. My results with 2.7 grs. were just fine with my P238, a few rounds with 2.5 failed to eject, but that may not be a problem in any of my other .380's as my P238 likes a little warmer ammo. LM
