That is the guy who will roll over on his gun smuggling buds.

The police dep't has been dissolved. Responsibility for prosecuting the case was removed from the federal prosecutor in NM. The federal prosecutor in El Paso will now handle the prosecutions.

No, this was an unrelated group. An FFL from Chaparral with a store here in El Paso, the ex-mayor, the police chief, and a few others were trafficking guns.

He is a scum, similiar to the mayor of Nogales and I daresay other bordertown cities.
