Hey guys,
I read the thread about Lee's new Cast Classic press only to discover that the ram is too big for my RCBS primer pocket swager cup won't fit it. So I'm leaning toward Lee's Challenger press but need to know if I'll be able to use my RCBS swager cup. Anyone out there know?

I have two challenger presses and it does work with them. I decided that reaming the crimp out was a lot less hassle, though.

I ream my crimped primer pockets as well. Already have the tool and shouldn't weaken the brass or grip on the primer signifgantly.

well maybe it's just me but i like that nice rounded edge the RCBS puts on the primer pocket....they look just like factory.....i have a Lyman orange crusher that i use for the job (lots of power)...i remember that i had to make some rings out of washers to go under the cup because the cup sat too high and wouldn't eject the case.......Dick
