My training pardner recently purchaced a CZ 75 b in .40 s&w without frame rails and has had a great deal of dificulty finding suitable holsters. He is looking for an I.D.P.A. legal kydex paddle. does anyone have any advice?

High Noon Holsters makes a ton of good quality rigs for the whole CZ line, but all leather, IIRC.

As mentioned, in leather High Noon does an excellent job of covering the CZ line-up pretty well.

Though leather, the "Need for Speed" model may be a good choice.

For my 1911, I've had very good success with holsters from Raven Concealment and Garrett Industries. I'm not a big fan of paddle holsters, but each offer some sort of paddle type attachment.

Garrett Industries leather lined kydex.

Comp-Tac and Blade-Tech are also very popular.

Unless you have had previous experience with paddle holsters, I suggest you try one before you buy. I find them especially onerous with full sized pistols. YMMV.

BTW, how are things in Betsy. That's my ol' home town though I haven't been there in many years.

The Blade-Tech option is a great holster (what I use with my 75B) and the Tech-Lock belt attachment that comes with it is pretty great. You can unlock it and remove it just about as easily as a paddle.

I am quite partial to the CompTac paddle; I prefer OWB carry and the stability of the CompTac is excellent.
