I recently got lucky on Ebay for this rare Colt .45 "Automatique" lighter. Slightly used, but I went over the insides, cleaning out the flint tube, and it works prerfectly. It has been said that a Zippo lighter is right up there with the most efficient tools ever devised by man (i.e.: a steel knife, shovel, 1911 pistol (haha!), etc). A Zippo just gets the job done, has few moving parts, and hardly ever breaks (I think they all have lifetime guarantees, too). AND, they have always been friendly to the gun enthusiast and sportsman, with many gun related & marked lighters. Share your Zippo. http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m247/matquig/DSC06232.jpg

I'll play. I have three that I've held on to that I won't ever get rid of.

My OIF Coalition Forces Zippo, Bought at the exchange on LSA Anaconda/ Balad AB, 2004

My Hard Rock Kuwait, bought in Kuwait prior to getting forward deployed to Baghdad, 2003.

My third is a simple brushed steel I've had since the mid 90's, nothing special, but it was my first.

I wonder if there a moderator on a Zippo forum somewhere wondering why someone is starting a gun thread there.
