Went to play on my new berm today, courtesy of digging out our big tank a couple of weeks back.

I hardly ever take out the ak, I hoard ammo for it:p

But it felt like the time to replace the old ammo with some new(from the same case that was already in the mags)

I saw a few videos of folks bumpfiring different rifles, so I figured I'd give it shot.

It was fun, for a minute, until I burned through 100rds in about 5 seconds:banghead:

Completely useless, and a little dangerous, unless you've got a decent sized berm.

I relieved a lot of stress that's built up the past few weeks, but it's going to take a lot more stress before I do it again.

On a better note, I finally adjusted the sights on the 10-22 down about 4mm and was hitting 12ga hulls at 50ft and 16oz water bottles at 50 yards. Not tackdriving, but pretty good just sitting on a tailgate.

Pic of the new berm, where we're shooting is about 12-15' high. This is a lower spot, around 9' high.
