VZs for CZs

Anyone have VZ Grips on their CZs? I have a satin nickel 75 Compact, and the black plastic grips look bad on it (in my opinion), so I want to get a different pair. I looked at the cocobolo grips that CZ sells, but don't necessarily trust the wood once the gun and I get sweaty. I think the cherry G-10 set would look good http://vzgrips.com/gun-grips/cz-grips-1/cz-75-1/cz-75-full-size/cz75-black-cherry-g10. Anyone have experience they care to share?
Thanks in advance!

I personally swap out the plastic grips for the factory rubber grips. To me they are the best grips out there. I sweat a lot and use them when shooting action pistol matches. They are only $25 and worth a try, even if you get the VZ grips. You can get them at czcustom.com .
I've heard the VZ grips are nice, but they don't always fit perfectly.
Do you want form or function? I would think the VZs may be as slippery as the stock plastics, but I do not have first hand experience.
Either way, buy from CZ Customs. They are good people and can really help you with your CZs.

I replace the plastic grips on my CZs with aluminums from Angus Hobdell's CZ Custom Shop (http://czcustom.com/). They are expensive but worth the price. I have used them for years and highly recommend them for all purposes. :)

These feel great, I'm surprised at how thin they are. They don't bite or grind into my skin quite like the 1911 grips do.

The VZ G10 grips are great. very grippy but not sticky like the rubber grips can be on clothing. Good looking too.
Here is a black pair

I'll have to second that. But he made a pair for me that fit my large hands perfectly. The wood to metal fit is flawless.

No I put the factory CZ rubber grips on my Pre-B, but I do have VZ 320 back Cherry grips on my Colt Combat Elite if this helps. I like their 1911 grips a whole lot, and I like the Cherry Black color.

This is where first hand experience would have paid off. Wrap your paw around a set of Operator IIs and typical grips will feel like a baby's butt.

I agree with Eddie, the grips came today and while they are slimmer, they definitely make the stock plastics feel like they've been greased.... Hopefully I'll have pics tonight...

I've had the VZ grips on two different Shadow incarnations and after ordering and trying all of the other grip options I think they're the best available.
They're somewhere in-between the CZCustom Al Thin and Thick grips but more importantly they are not as flat and more radiused which feels better the hand, plus G10 checkering is sharper and grippier than you think, far more so than skateboard tape, but not so abrasive that it'd really irritate someone's hands...
Try 'em, you'll like 'em... ;)

My thoughts too.
