you don't need paid help. The ATF literature that comes in the mail explains very well what they need from you.
This forum consists of many dealers who generously share their knowledge with THR members.
save your money for other things you will need

Used it. Approval from ATF with the agent saying "you were very well prepared". It was worth the small price to me.

Yes.
Is it a LOT quicker when it is all presented in one place/package.
Oh my yes.
If it saved me an hour or two, it was well worth the price.
