I am interested in feedback from anyone out there that has had experience with Berry's plated 45 Cal 200gr SWC. How well do they perform compared to LSWC? I am interested in using them for indoor shooting if they are worth it.
Thanks
Steve

I've shot lots of Rainier's 200-gr plated SWC with good results and absolutely no feeding problems. Not sure how different they are from Berry's.

I've used Berry's plated in 230RN, 200 SWC 200 FP and 185 HBFP configurations. I like them and have gotten accuracy on paper that is on par with other lead or FMJ rounds. They are getting pricey these days (what isn't), so I may not continue to use them in my 45 ACP. For my Ruger 9mm, I can get them very reasonably priced at the gun shows, so will continue to buy them for that gun.

I am able to shoot lead at the indoor range, so I use lead in the 45. For the 9mm, plated or FMJ are used as my accuracy with lead is significantly lower than with plated or FMJ bullets.

Like Shmackey, I have shot lots of the Ranier 200 Gr SWC and they shoot great. I still have some I bought way back, and have not tried the Berrys one. I have shot plenty of the Berry 200 Gr HP, and it shoots very well. It also feeds in almost any gun. I have shot plenty of the Berry 185 Gr SWC, and it shoots great. I have no doubt the Berrys 200 Gr SWC will shoot well too.

I've shot them and my 1911 loved them but my Glock 36 didn't.

They work great in my Kimber.

Both Rainier and Berry's 200 grain SWCs shot very accurately out to 25 yards in my USP .45, the Hornady jacketed version was noticeably better at 50 yards.
